Ingredients:
- about 400g chicken (I use drumlette)
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried fennel seed, grind
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil or any cooking oil
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Mix thoroughly, make sure all the drumlette is well coated. Cover and marinate for an hour.
- Cook in the oven at 180 degree celcius for 30 minutes or until the juices runs clear.
- Take out from the oven and serve hot.
