Herb Roast Chicken Thigh

• 2 chicken thigh cutlets, skin on
• ¾ tbsp dried mix herb
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt and ground pepper to taste
• 1 tsp Olive oil or any cooking oil


1.Preheat oven to 190°C (Fan-forced). Put butter into microwave for 10 seconds or until half melted.

2.Run your finger under skin on each chicken thigh to loosen and create a pocket. Put dried mixed herbs in a small bowl and mix with the half melted butter as well as salt, ground pepper and garlic.

3.Place the mixture under the skin of each chicken thigh.

4.Place chicken in a large roasting pan, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil or cooking oil.

5.Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
