• 2 rashes belly pork, thinly sliced
• 2 stalks spring onions, finely chopped (Optional)
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp warm water
• 1 tsp of vegetable oil
• Light soy sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
1.Add pork and spring onions into a steaming dish and lightly sprinkle salt and pepper. Then, add eggs and warm water.
2.Finally, add the vegetable oil and mix mixture until its even (do not over whisk).
3.Steam for around 25 minutes or until the egg is thoroughly cook (may use skewer to test)
4.Serve with a dash of soy sauce
Feel free add a pinch of Cayenne pepper into the mixture if you like it slightly spicy
