3 chicken fillet, skinless ( I used chicken thigh)
2 cups Cheerios, crushed
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 tsp white pepper
1 1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1/3 cup water or milk or lightly beaten egg
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour, pepper, salt, dried mixed herbs and parmesan. Then, add in water or milk or lightly beaten egg. Next, add in the melted butter.
- Mix all the ingredient together well.
- Dip your chicken pieces into flour mixture and then coat your chicken with some crushed cheerios. Make sure that it is evenly coated.
- Place chicken in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 160 degree Celsius or until the chicken is no longer pink and the coating is golden brown.
