- about 250g minced pork (feel free to use chicken mince)
 - 1 salted eggs
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp shaoxing wine
 - 1/2 tsp white sugar
 - 1 tsp white pepper
 - 2 tbsp garlic oil (finely slice 2 cloves of garlic, drizzle with 2 tbsp oil and pop in microwave for 1 minutes)
 - dash of sesame oil
 
Methods:-
- Separate the salted egg white from its yolk.
 - Mix salted egg white with eggs and lighlt beaten.
 - Mix in minced pork, soy sauce, wine, sugar, pepper and garlic oil. Combine well.
 - Cut salted egg yolk into 6 or 8 pieces and place on top of the minced pork mixture.
 - Steam on medium low heat until cooked. This will take about 20 - 25 minutes.
 - Drizzle with sesame oil before serve.
